The staff were cooperative and best, nothing to complain about. The location was exceptionally nice and I could use free parking on site. There was café Ayurveda Coffee Shop, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

During my Christmas holiday, I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms of the hotel. , the internet connection was fast and reliable, which was essential for staying in touch with my loved ones. The hotel's location, with its proximity to both the lake and shopping center, was another positive aspect that made it easy to explore the city. Lastly, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast that the hotel offered.
Despite the advantages mentioned earlier, there were a few drawbacks to staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, the room needed some renovation, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The breakfast was delicious and they offered generous portions, especially the complimentary breakfast that they prepared for us when we went on a morning hike. Another plus point was the 24-hour hot water, which was a real bonus in the chilly climate. the location was great too, just a short walk from the town center and away from most traffic noise.
The price was a bit high, considering that the place could use some refurbishment. the carpets throughout the property were somewhat scruffy and in need of an upgrade.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning. The staff was extremely helpful, especially with our transportation needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything, including Victoria Park, Sir Gregory's Lake, and the city center. Despite being near the center of this city, we could still have a peaceful sleep at night.
There was nothing we didn't like.
